You need the applianced fixed, but are concerned about the risk of having a technician come to your home. We understand your concerns, and we share them! You can count on us to follow CDC guidelines to protect both you and our appliance technicians. Here is what we do:

  • Technicians’ temperatures are checked every workday. NO EMPLOYEE having any symptoms is permitted to work either inside the office or in your home.

  • Technicians carry masks, gloves, and shoe covers to every appointment, along with disinfecting wipes.

  • Technicians maintain required 6-foot social distancing.

  • Technicians disinfect ALL work surfaces after repairs are done.
